Compared to my previous stays, the room service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff was helpful and always greeted me with a smile. the location was indeed close to Thane station, making it convenient for transportation and nearby shopping options.
One improvement could be the check-in process as they took the full amount upfront, which was a bit unexpected. the morning tea service could be quicker and served hot, instead of cold in a plastic bag.

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. the staff is friendly, helpful, and provided excellent room service. the location, although a bit tucked away, is convenient with various shops nearby. the cleanliness and amenities of the room were top-notch. the hotel offers laundry services and assistance with tours and tickets, making it easy to explore the city.
